lakshana-recipes: Sambhar Vada



Ingredients
  • Sambhar
  • Vada - 10 medium length
  • Onions - 1small length chopped
  • Coriander leaves - handful

Method
  • Take a cup of sambhar & upload three-four cups of water convey it to boil (upload sufficient salt). Soak the vadas in it for 1 minute.(this makes the sambhar vada greater smooth)
  • Now transfer the vadas into the recent sambhar & maintain the sambhar on low flame for 10 mins.
  • Now transfer off the flame & go away the vada within the sambhar, atleast for every other half-hour.
  • While serving, sprinkle some onions & coriander leaves.
